EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2012, PAPER BILLS WILL NO LONGER BE PRODUCED OR MAILED
ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM IS NOW AVAILABLE
Buffalo State has launched electronic billing effective January 2012. Electronic statements (“eBills”) and online payments will meet the needs of our students growing demand for a convenient, secure, and confidential online billing and payment system. The secure online payment system will accept payments in the form of MasterCard, Visa, eChecking, or eSavings.
Be advised that all notifications regarding updated eBill statements will be sent to your Buffalo State student email account which will provide the link to the secure website for viewing.
Students have the opportunity to grant parents or others access to view their electronic bill by establishing them as “authorized users” and have the ability to pay their tuition and fees online. Only the student and authorize users will be able to access the student’s eBill billing statement each time a new eBill is available. Parents (and other authorized users designated by the student) will receive eBill notification via the user’s e-mail address as listed by the student when s/he established the authorized user’s profile.
Application for a payment plan will also be available online to interested students and authorized users.
