Independent Study, Course by Contract and Special Project forms are due in the Registrar's Office by Friday, Sept. 2. Forms are available at most academic department offices as well as the Moot Hall lobby in front of the Registrar's Office. You are required to get the signatures of both the instructor and department chair to be approved for one of these options.
