I was wondering if we personally have to bring in the summer aid application or if we can just mail in the form from online? Thank you.

You can mail, fax, scan and email or bring the summer aid application to our office in person. Please remember that you must have both a 2010-11 and 2011-12 financial aid application on file to receive summer aid. This can be done online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

I registered for summer classes on banner due to multiple deaths in my family i know that i will be on academic probation will i still be able to receive aid for the summer? and what will happen if i do a better during the summer semester will my financial aid go increase or decrease

Academic probation and federal aid probation are not always the same. Please consult the Financial Aid Office to determine what applies to you. Generally speaking, if a student is on federal probation, summer aid will be awarded and then grades will be reviewed at the end of summer to determine eligibility for fall semester.

i was just wondering for the summer aid how will that be taken out of our financial aid because for 2010/11 i got awarded a certain amount but i did not register for one semester but i did register for the other semester so will the summer aid be taken out from my financial aid for 2010/11 or 2011/12

If you are not graduating during the summer or fall 2011 semesters, then your summer aid will be awarded from the 10-11 academic year.

just need to know in 2010/2011 i was awarded a certain amount and for one of the semesters i did not attend but i came back this semester so n my case will the financial aid be awarded for that semester because i am takng 18 credit hours

No, we will start over for the new year. We cannot re-claim those funds. The good news is that the tuition is the same whether it's 12 or 18 credits!

just had one more question i am on academic probation but i do not have any holds on my financial aid record will that put my financial aid on hold
