Below is the link how to address your student's mail. You can double check in the residence life section. Make sure you find out what Hall they are in and what room number.PS you may want to jot down the actual address of the school.
Buffalo State College
1300 Elmwood Avenue
Buffalo, NY 14222 Last year I mailed something I bought online to the school but they wouldn't ship to a PO Box I had to actually include the school's address. Ever since then. I keep a copy in my wallet of my child's address and the actual school address.
This is the link how to address mail. What is my mailing address

The PO Box line is used mainly for BSC Staff to determine what building the mail is delivered to. I thought I would just make it easier and post what you have linked for parents, and other students who may not know their address if they live on campus.
The following information is taken directly from the Residence Life FAQ website as posted in the previous post:
In order to get mail sent to your campus address, address your mail in the following manner - exactly (otherwise it may be redirected to the Buffalo Post Office and delayed indefinitely):
Student's Name
Hall & Room No.
Buffalo State College
PO Box ______*
Buffalo, NY 14213-(Use the PO Box number here too)
*Based on your hall assignment, insert the appropriate PO Box number in your mailing address:
Porter 5120
Perry 5127
Neumann 5108
North Wing 5121
Tower 1 5123
Tower 2 5118
Tower 3 5119
Tower 4 5126
Moore Complex 5125
Cassety Hall 5122
My note on this:
If you order something from online, just exclude the "PO Box ______" line. Everything else however, is needed. If you just generalize and put 1300 Elmwood Avenue, it will take longer for it to get to the student because they will have to go and look up what building the student lives in before it can be sent to the correct buildling. There is more of a chance of it getting lost, or taking longer if you put the school address and not the above address as requested by Residence Life. It makes it a longer process. :-)
