Full Version: serious dorm problem
There is a serious problem within my child's dorm and maintenance said they can't do anything until the end of the semester. I left a message for the Weigel health center and I will call again but how can I call maintenance myself and who do I put a complaint in with if necessary?
may I ask what exactly the problem is?

You could start out by contacting the Residence Life Office - contact info can be found here: http://www.buffalostate.edu/residencelife/x505.xml.
There are also links on that page to the Residence Life Director, Assistant Director, etc. For example, you might want to contact Kris Kaufman, the Residence Life Director, by emailing kaufmaka@buffalostate.edu.
