I am a Grad Student who hopes to start classes later this month. I am wondering if there are any protections for student information from professors. By registering for a course do we automatically loose the right to keep our info like out physical address and cell phone numbers private or do teachers get that info and do they have the right to give it to others against our will?

This is a serious question, please, please answer

Thanks for your question. I think that you should probably contact the Registrar's Office at 716-878-4905 to find out how to protect your information.

Sincerely your Buffalo State Admissions Counselor
