i got a letter for buffalo state saying that they are unable to admit me does that mean i didn't get accepted to the college and i am retaking the SAT in January and want to resend my SAT scores to be reconsidered do i have to apply over are just send the scored to them to be reconsidered

The letter that you received means that you were not accepted to the college. If you would like to discuss your decision with an admisions counselor, call our office at: 716-878-3649.
