Have you moved? You must inform the Registrar's Office of a change in your address or phone number for it to be recorded on your official record. The exception is dorm addresses which are updated by the Residence Life Office.

The Address/Phone Number Change Form may be downloaded at: http://www.buffalostate.edu/registrar/docu...schangeform.pdf. Forms are also available in the Moot Hall lobby in front of the Registrar’s Office, Moot Hall 210. Hours: Mon., Tues., Wed. and Fri. 8:30am - 5:00pm; Thurs. 8:30am - 6:00pm.
