I received a letter from admissions stating I still needed to send in my SAT/ACT Scores, even though I had already sent them in through SOAR. Do I need to send them again through College Board and the ACT website?

No you do not need to resend them. Unfortunately, our system did not update the SOAR entries before the letters went out. If you submitted them through SOAR, you will be fine.
