Hey I recently received my room assignment and I got stuck in perry. Since this was the only hall I didnt want to end up in, is there any way I could change it. I really dont care if I lose the roomate I was givin so ending up with a new roomate wouldnt be a problem.

you would have to wait until they do room changes which is usually around week 3 of classes... but there is no guarantee that you will get a room change

Perry is alright, it really depends on what floor you are placed on. 3rd Floor tends to be the loud rambunctious party floor. Because 1st floor is near the RA desk and the RD's office, it tends to be quieter and easier to live in. It has its ups and downs every year.

all of the dorms have their ups and downs, and despite what people will say, there isnt one dorm that better than the other. Its the people that live in the dorm that will either make it a great experience or a terrible one, so keep your fingers crossed
