When does the new 2010-2011 fafsa have to be done for Fall semester?

Also does pell and tap need to be redone for the fall semester as well?

since TAP cant go throgh yet regaurding that nys budget hasn't been set yet, do we have to pay the balance that shows up on our bill? what happens when the bill is actually passed?
