Expected Enrollment Status: 1/2 time
That shows in my banner account under financial aid section.
Does that mean I am a half time student?

I would guess that if it shows that you are not registered for 12 or more credits... if you wish to be full-time check how many credits you are registered for and if you intend to be full-time you may wish to register for more classes- if you are a freshman it may be the case that your advisor has not yet selected a full course load for you to take in the fall semester

I will be a freshman this fall, I haven't register for any classes yet.
I thought I am suppose to do it during orientation.
What can I do to tell them that I want to be a full-time student?

If you're enrolled for anything less than 12 hours than you are considered a part time student. Typically half time is 6 hrs and 3/4 time is 9. If this is an error and you are actuall enrolled full time (12 hours or more) let us know.
