Don’t have a car on campus? Have you seen the Buffalo CarShare cars around campus, but aren’t sure how to use them? Did you know that Buffalo State student CarShare accounts cost only $5 per month? This gets you a CarShare key fob and the ability to reserve the cars when needed. Run your shopping, medical, and other errands around town with the CarShare car –at only a fraction of the cost of typical car ownership.

Buffalo State students, faculty and staff who wish to learn more about Buffalo CarShare membership are invited to an information session on Tuesday, October 8, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. in E. H. Butler Library 210, where food and refreshments will be provided.

Attendees will be instructed on how the program works, and have their questions answered. There will be an opportunity to register for the program, and registrants will receive their CarShare key fob. Sign up online beforehand at BuffaloCarshare.orgor register at the orientation. Buffalo State has partnered with Buffalo CarShare in an effort to provide a sustainable, low cost option for occasional local travel. Come see what it’s all about!

Questions about the program can be directed to (716) 898-0850, visit http://buffalocarshare.org/buffalostate.html or e-mail Jennifer White at j.white@buffalocarshare.org
