Attention all Buffalo State Students-- we need to know how healthy you are! We are a group of Buffalo State students partnered with the Erie County Department of Health to conduct a county-wide anonymous survey. Our survey contains important health-related questions based on your lifestyle, knowledge, perception, and personal interest. Our findings will directly shape the services administered by our Department of Health. Please do your part and represent your community. The survey should take between 5-10 minutes.
