CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE IN BANNER TO VERIFY WITHDRAWAL FROM COURSE OR PASS FAIL OPTION, CONFIRM YOUR STATUS IN BANNER BEFORE DEC 7 Options

If you withdrew from a course, you may check your Student Detail Schedule in Banner to see that it has been entered. Logon to Banner, go to Registration, Student Detail Schedule, select the fall 2012 term. The course you withdrew from will have a status of WD from Course -- with the date of the withdrawal. Deadline to submit the Withdrawal from Course form was Nov. 2, 2012.

If you submitted an approved Application for Pass/Fail, you may also check Student Detail Schedule to see that it has been entered. Logon to Banner, go to Registration, Student Detail Schedule, select the fall 2012 term. The course will have a grade mode of pass/fail. Deadline to apply for a Pass/Fail was Nov. 2, 2012. If you submitted an approved Application for Pass/Fail but failed to meet the requirements (listed as 1-6 on the form), the form was not processed by the Registrar's Office and you will be notified via email.
