Tax info is available on Banner. Log in to Banner, go to the student tab at the top, student account --->tax notification

Good luck! smile.gif

As I went to enter the information from my 1098-T form through Banner I realized that my tuition from Spring 2010 was not listed or accounted for, although the Spring 2010 scholarships/grants were! So basically my box 2 (tuition billed) is completely off resulting in me not being able to file or qualify for any deductions (because box 5 is higher than box 2).

Why is this missing and how do I go about getting this fixed and fast!? I need my refund asap!!!!

The 1098-T form is completed by the billing or Student Account office. It is not a function of the financial aid office. We will forward on your question to their office but you should contact them dirctly either by phone at (716) 878-4121 or stopping by their office in Moot Hall during regular business hours.

Thank you.

That form is generated by the Student Accounts Office.
