I attended Buffalo State in 2000 and had to leave the state because of family matters, I was interested in coming back. Basically I was wondering if you could inform me as to how I could get re-enrolled.... do I need to reapply? etc?

Thank you for your question. To apply for readmission you simply complete a one-page application form which can be found at the following web page http://www.buffalostate.edu/admissions/app...sub=readmission. If you attended any other colleges since leaving Buffalo State, you must provide official transcripts from those institutions. Please feel free to contact our Office of Admissions if you have additional questions at 716/878-5713.

Yesterday I faxed in my readmission application. Is there anyway to confirm that it was received?

To confirm receipt of your application you could call the admissions office at 878-5713. Let the receptionist know that you are a readmit student and she will help you get the answer you are looking for.
