• All registration related activity including add/drop will end at 11:59pm on Sunday, January 29, 2017.

• Students will be able to process their own withdrawal from course directly in Banner self-service starting at 12:01am on Monday, January 30, 2017 until 11:59pm on Friday, March 31. Please be reminded that once you submit the withdrawal from course request, you cannot make a change. Withdrawal from course is final once entered. Our website has additional information, step-by-step process with screenshots, and deadlines at Withdrawal from Course.

• Request to Register Late will be online directly in Banner. Students will be able to add classes starting at 12:01 am on Monday, January 30th and ending at 11:59 pm on Thursday, February 9th. All sections will require Instructor Permission. There is a $20 late add fee for each course added. Additional information can be found on our website at Late Add Process in Banner SSB.

• All independent study, special project, course by contract forms for both Undergraduate and Graduate students are due to our office by Friday, January 27, 2017.

Please be sure to denote the deadlines listed above. It is important to follow the steps necessary to meet these deadlines. Any requests for the above mentioned activities after the established deadline, regardless of the reason, will be referred to the Academic Standards Office.

All undergraduate students are strongly encouraged to take at least 15 credit hours each semester to stay on track to graduate.
