Is living on campus mandatory for freshman? Or is it alright to find living on our own? My mom and I would prefer that I live with my aunt. She lives close to campus and I know that it will be less stress on my mom if she knows where I am and who I'm spending my time with.

the site says you have to stay on campus for freshman and sophomore years.

Here is a link to a post with a similar question. I think it will work out as long as you use your aunt's address as your home address.
