i have a macbook pro which runs on OS X lion, and on the resnet website states that it is not supported here. I've been getting on the internet through guest access but that is going to be disabled on Tuesday. I downloaded Mozilla Firefox but i am still not able to connect to cisco. is there anything i can do so my internet will work?!

I think this is your network problem. I have also Macbook pro but i have never faced any problem regarding website access problem. I think you should go with technical experts and he know very well.
