On the AP equivalency table it says a 4 or 5 on the AP Statistics exam is MAT311 and MAT3XX what does it mean by MAT3XX im a little confused

MAT3XX means a high level elective class. So AP Statistics score of 4 or 5, fulfills MAT311 and a 300 level MAT elective
