I am an incoming Freshmen, and I have earned some credits at a local community college. I requested for my transcript to be sent to Buffalo State, but it appears that it has not been recieved. What do I do, or who should I contact to figure out what happened?

I would start with the Community College Registrar's Office. It takes about 1 week from the time the Registrar's Office mails it for us to receive it. If it's been less than a week, then I would wait and see if it arrives. If it's been longer than that, contact the community college and check when they sent it. Also, make sure that you filled out the request correctly and it wasn't sent to the University at Buffalo instead.

Sincerely your Buffalo State Admissions Counselor
