I was a student at Buffalo State from 2004 until 2005. Something happened with my loans. The loan didn't go through for some reason so i was sent a bill by a collection agency. My question is; will i be allowed to reapply to Buffalo State even though I owe a collection agency money for my last semester? I never real received an explanation why my loan didn't go through. thank you in advance

You will need to settle your loan issue before you can be reaccepted and begin at Buffalo State. I would contact financial aid/student accounts for follow up information.
