2. Select your institution in the "From" menu

I recently submitted an application for non-degree status to Buffalo State. I was wondering where I could find information concerning registration dates, student ID, etc.

Also, I've already completed my undergraduate degree and am just looking to finish my pre-requisites for medical school. Because I've taken some chemistry, biology, etc., will I need special permission to enroll in upper-level science courses? (i.e. submit college transcripts, etc?)

I have submitted the basic SUNY application, and just sent in the supplemental online. I plan to send in a letter of recommendation within the next few days.

Before you register, make sure that:
You have neither received nor will receive, transfer credit for a course for which you are about to register.
You are not repeating a Buffalo State course in which you earned a grade of C or higher.

Steps you should take:

Work with your academic advisor.

Review your Degree Navigator audit report to be certain that your registered courses are being counted toward your degree. Do this as soon as you register and again before drop/add is over.


An illegally repeated course will not count toward establishing eligibility for federal or state financial aid in the current semester and may negatively impact aid eligibility in future terms.

The expansion project is nearly two weeks ahead of schedule.
